manly42
your local community hub
a playground for human connection.
our story
manly42 is about coming together - across generations, backgrounds and ideas - to talk, make, share and connect.
founded by locals yasco and zoë, manly42 started with a simple belief: our community is full of incredible people with stories, skills and ideas worth sharing - we just need more spaces to do it face-to-face.
in a world that moves fast, we’re creating something slower. a place to sit around a table. to learn from each other. to explore big questions or pick up a new hobby or craft project. whether it’s a multi-generational discussion, a creative workshop or just a good old yarn - manly42 exists to spark meaningful moments that build connection.
this is about curiosity. it’s about community.
and most of all, it’s about the meeting of the people.
our philosophy
our approach is to create a vibrant cultural hub in manly, new south wales.
through a central place for workshops, classes and social events, we are a place for people from all backgrounds, ages, identities and beliefs to have deeper conversations. we want to get off our phones, away from tech and meet you in the real world.
as a socially conscious and sustainable enterprise, we evolve alongside our community, guided by the values of curiosity, fun, connection and expression.
activities
“beyond home and work, third places are where community comes alive, where strangers become neighbours, ideas are shared freely and belonging finds its roots”
